Yas Island

Abu Dhabi's entertainment island: established communities, exceptional amenities and a Disney resort still to come.

Yas Island pairs established residential communities with some of the UAE's most celebrated leisure destinations: Warner Bros. World Abu Dhabi, Ferrari World, SeaWorld Abu Dhabi, Yas Waterworld, Yas Marina Circuit, Yas Mall, Yas Links and Yas Bay.

The Walt Disney Company and Miral have announced a Disney theme park and resort here, Disney's seventh destination worldwide. With schools, golf, parks, dining and hotels already in place, and Aldar homes from apartments to branded residences, Yas is an outstanding choice for families.
