01About these terms
This website is operated by Hera Realty (Hera Property Group). By using it you agree to these terms; if you do not agree, please do not use the site.
02Information only
The content of this site, including development details, area guides, figures and calculator results, is for general information. It is not an offer, a contract, or financial, legal or tax advice. Developments, prices, payment plans, availability and handover dates are set by developers and sellers and can change without notice, so please confirm the details with us before making any decision.
03Calculators
The mortgage, purchase-cost, rental-yield and Golden Visa calculators give estimates based on the figures you enter and on general assumptions. Actual fees, lending terms and eligibility depend on your circumstances and on the rules in force at the time.
04Images and third-party content
Development images and descriptions may come from developers' published materials and remain the property of their owners. Links to other websites are provided for convenience; we are not responsible for their content.
05Our content
The Hera Realty name, logo, design and original text of this site belong to Hera Realty. Please do not copy or reuse them without our written permission.
06Enquiries and services
Sending an enquiry does not create an agency agreement. Our brokerage services are provided under a separate written agreement, in line with the regulations of the relevant authority in Dubai or Abu Dhabi.
07Liability
We take care to keep this site accurate and up to date, but to the extent permitted by law we accept no liability for any loss arising from reliance on its content or from the site being unavailable.
08Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai, and the courts of Dubai have jurisdiction.
