01Who we are
Hera Realty (Hera Property Group) is a boutique real estate agency serving buyers, sellers and investors in Dubai and Abu Dhabi. For any question about privacy, email info@hera-realty.com.
02What this website collects
This website has no accounts and no database. The enquiry form does not send anything to us or to anyone else: when you press send, it opens a ready-written message in your own email app or in WhatsApp, and nothing is shared until you choose to send it from there.
03What is kept in your browser
To make the site easier to use, your browser keeps a few things on your own device: your chosen currency, the areas you save to your shortlist, a draft of your enquiry so you don't lose it, and recent exchange rates. They never leave your device, and you can clear them at any time in your browser's settings.
04Information you send us
When you email or message us, we receive what you choose to include, typically your name, contact details, budget, timing and the properties you are interested in. We use it only to reply to you, to provide our services and to keep you informed about properties you have asked about. We never sell your information.
05When we share information
With your agreement, we may share relevant details with those involved in your purchase or sale, such as developers, mortgage advisers, conveyancers and other professionals in our network, and only as far as needed to help you. We may also disclose information where the law requires it.
06Analytics and other services
The site is hosted on Cloudflare, which processes technical data such as IP addresses to deliver and protect it. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts visits without cookies or cross-site tracking. Currency conversions use a public exchange-rate service (open.er-api.com), which receives a standard request from your browser. Instagram, WhatsApp and other linked services have their own privacy policies.
07Cookies
We do not set advertising or tracking cookies.
08How long we keep information
We keep correspondence only for as long as we need it to serve you and to meet our legal, accounting and regulatory obligations, and then delete it.
09Your rights
Subject to applicable law, including the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021), you may ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or object to how we use it. Email info@hera-realty.com and we will respond promptly.
10Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of the page shows the current version.
