Dubai's second palm: 16 fronds and more than 90 km of beachfront, with Nakheel's latest collection of 44 villas on Frond F.

Palm Jebel Ali spans seven islands and 13.4 kilometres, with 16 fronds and more than 90 kilometres of beachfront. In August 2026 Nakheel released a limited collection of 44 beachfront villas on Frond F, across its Beach and Coral Collections, with five to seven bedrooms and direct access to the shore.

The villas come in ten architectural designs by NAGA Architects, SAOTA, LW Design Group and LOCI Architecture, from around 7,500 to 12,500 sq ft, with the first handovers due in phases from late 2026. We will set out what each release offers and how it compares with Palm Jumeirah.
